3. The petitioner, who is working as a lady Head Constable in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), has approached this Court being aggrieved by the transfer orders dated 02.04.2024, 10.04.2024 & 27.05.2024, vide which she has been transferred to Agra.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, the petitioner would be satisfied in case, she is granted fifteen days' time to join her new The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. place of posting at Agra in terms of the impugned transfer orders.

5. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and submits that even though there is no reason to grant the petitioner any further time for joining her new place of posting, taking into account the views expressed by this Court, the respondents have no objection if the petitioner is granted fifteen days' time to join her new place of posting at Agra.

6. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed by granting the petitioner time till 23.07.2024 to join her new place of posting at Agra. It is, however, made clear that in case, the petitioner does not join her new place of posting by 23.07.2024 as per the undertaking given on her behalf, it will be open for the respondents to take appropriate action as per law.
