She is a practicing advocate in Allahabad.

She submits that the matter has been amicably settled between her and her husband vide Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 21.01.2026. 4.

Copy of such MoU has also been shown during the course of consideration. The same is taken on record.

Petitioner submits that in view of the abovesaid compromise, she does not press the present petition.

Respondent No.1 is present and reiterates that the matter has been amicable settled and that he would file petition seeking quashing of FIR in question i.e. FIR No. 08/2020 under Section 323/341/506/509/34 IPC, registered at PS Lodhi Colony.

Be that as it may, the present petition which was, merely, raising a concern with respect to the grant of exemption from personal appearance, is hereby disposed of as not pressed.
