A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR in Case Crime No.08 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station, West, District West, Delhi and all the consequent proceedings emanated therefrom.

Learned APP submits that the investigations are ongoing. According to the investigations conducted till now there was money which had been transferred to the account of the Petitioner, which has been withdrawn by him.

Account numbers and the details were obtained by the I.O., even though they had never been disclosed by the Petitioner. However, these cannot be the grounds for quashing of the FIR, where the investigations are still at the initial stages.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that his Petition may be disposed of as he is willing to join the investigations in accordance with law. Reliance is placed on the judgment of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and Anr. (2014) 8 SCC 273.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
