The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 9170/2024 8.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent oversight in his office, certain vital documents could not be filed along with the petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this request. 9.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty as prayed for. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/07/2025 at 02:53:17
Needless to say this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
