This is a fresh petition, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to quash the FIR No. 0483/2023 dated 13.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Subhash Place.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh subsequently.
