In view of the status report placed on record by the respondentCorporation, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that their grievance stands mitigated and therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with a further liberty to re-agitate the cause, if the respondents fail to adhere to the stand taken in the status report. 2.

The corporation is directed to adhere to the stand taken in the status report earnestly and take the issue to its logical end. 3.

Reserving all rights and contentions and the liberty in favour of the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn alongwith the pending application(s).
