Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0739/2022 under Section 288/304A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, states that the Respondents had signed the Settlement Agreement dated 25.11.2025 and they have received the money as stated therein. However, now the Respondents are declining to come forth for the Settlement. As per the submissions of the Petitioners themselves, it is an FIR No. 0739/2022 288 under Section 288/304A/34 of IPC and the Respondents are not forth coming, there can be no quashing of the said FIR or Settlement. It is further submitted that Rs.3,00,000/- have been received by the Respondents.

The Petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate remedy for the amount paid to the Respondents. In case, the parties arrived at a Settlement, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. they are at liberty to approach the Court afresh for quashing of the said FIR. 4.
