The sole grievance raised by the petitioner is with respect to non-adherence to the principle of natural justice. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- National Highways Authority of India ['NHAI'] fairly submits that the NHAI be granted liberty to withdraw the instant debarment notice dated 01.07.2024 with liberty to issue afresh and to take it to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The prayer made by the NHAI seems to be reasonable. Accordingly, the impugned debarment notice dated 01.07.2024 is permitted to be withdrawn.
