% 20.02.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023 and the same is on record. Hence, nothing is left in the instant appeal for further adjudication. During the course of the proceedings, in compliance with the Clause 2(b) of the said settlement agreement, learned counsel for the appellant has handed over to the respondent a Demand Draft bearing No.316598, amounting to Rs.2,50,000/- dated 16th February, 2024 in favour of the respondent, drawn on Punjab National Bank, Naraoji Nagar, New Delhi110029 (OSR). It is also undertaken by learned counsel for the parties that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. This Court has perused the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023 and found nothing unlawful therein. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the dispute in the instant appeal does not survive anymore for consideration. Accordingly, the instant appeal alongwith pending application stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023.
