The UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch has sent the compliance report in respect of the disbursement of the amount deposited by U.P. State Road Transport Corporation in terms of the order dated 30th May, 2017. The compliance report is taken on record.

Vide order dated 14th March, 2017, National Insurance Company Limited was directed to deposit the balance 30% of the award amount along
with interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. 3.
UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to transfer 50% of the amount deposited by National Insurance Company Limited to Rajat Sachdeva in his savings bank account No.50100132278509, HDFC Bank, Anand Vihar Branch, IFSC HDFC0001668, MICR Code: 110240197 and balance 50% amount to Dr. R.K. Sachdeva in his savings bank account No.21380100000860, Bank of Baroda, Jheel, Khuraja, IFSC Code BARB0TRDJHE, MICR Code 110012043.
