Though, this order states that the suggestions submitted by the petitioner have been discussed and taken into consideration by the Directorate, Health Services, yet the petitioner is not satisfied. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent reiterates that the suggestions submitted by the petitioner shall be taken into consideration and incorporated as deemed appropriate by the Executive. 3.
