The present application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking modification in the Order dated 10.07.2024 passed by this Court. 2.

In the said aforesaid Order dated 10.07.2024, this Court quashed the FIR No.244/2024 dated 30.06.2024, registered at Police Station Kalkaji, Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 307 IPC and the Petitioner was directed to do community service at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi for a period of one month i.e. from 15.07.2024 to 15.08.2024 between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has to take IELTS (International English Language Testing System) so that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. he can pursue his education in UK. He states that the Petitioner may be exempted from doing community service from 06.08.2024 till 09.08.2024. 4.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has to take IELTS examination, an exemption for 4 days is granted to the Petitioner from doing community service i.e., from 06.08.2024 till 09.08.2024. The Petitioner shall now do community service till 19.08.2024 instead of 15.08.2024. 5.

The Order dated 10.07.2024 is modified accordingly. 6.

The application is disposed of.
