The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the trial is almost at fag end. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take all his arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of final arguments. He further requests to redact the name of the victim in the present petition. 2.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application also stands disposed of. 3.

Registry is directed to redact the name and identity of the victim in the present petition in terms of circular dated 04.10.2023.
