Mr. Vashisht, learned senior counsel, after making brief submissions, points out that the present controversy to a great extent has already been resolved except one meter connection left to be shifted. He submits that all seven meters have already been shifted. He, however, points out that there seems to be objections by the private respondents with respect to shifting of the said meter connection.

While taking the Court through various documents, he tries to indicate that this meter also requires to be shifted in the interest of all concerned and more importantly, for safety measures of all the stakeholders. 3.

Mr. R. D. Gupta, who appears in person, opposes the submissions and he submits that without there being the consent of the said respondent, the petitioner is not entitled for issuance of any directions for shifting of the said The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. meter connection.

It is thus seen that there appears to be controversy with respect to shifting of the meter as to whether the same is legally permissible under the facts and circumstances of the instant case.

At this stage, Mr. Vashisht, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to take up the aforesaid issue before the appropriate authority for its effective redressal and the said authority be directed to deal with the same in accordance with law. 6.

The liberty so prayed is granted and the petitioner is at liberty to take up the issue to the competent authority, which shall decide in accordance with law.

Needless to emphasise, if such a request is made, the said authority shall deal with the same as expeditiously as possible. 8.

With the aforesaid observations, nothing more is required to be adjudicated.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

All rights and contentions are left open.
