Learned counsel for the parties state that the inter-se disputes have been amicably settled. The terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide a Settlement Agreement dated 22.04.2026. The terms of settlement are enumerated in para 1 to para 8 of the Settlement Agreement. 2.

As per para 1(j) of the Settlement Agreement dated 22.04.2026, the respondent has undertaken to withdraw its Opposition no.795411 filed against the plaintiff's Trade Mark Application no.2159002 within seven working days from the date of order/decree. Learned counsel appearing for the defendant states that the said compliance will be completed within seven days and that an appropriate affidavit in terms of the Settlement Agreement will be filed one week thereafter, after providing proof thereof to the learned counsel for the plaintiff by way of an e-mail as enumerated in para 1(j) of the Settlement Agreement.

All other compliances are stated to be complete. 4.

are taken on record. The terms of settlement shall be binding upon both the parties.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 22.04.2026.

The Court Fees be refunded to the plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026, upon completion of all the formalities, as per rules. 7.

The suit is decreed and disposed of in the terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement alongwith all the pending applications, if any.
