% 18.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a review petition against the judgment and decree dated 15.03.2011 which is pending before the Trial Judge. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to assail the order if required on the review petition. The petitioner is also granted liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court for interim orders.
