The present petition has been listed upon an objection being raised by the Registry that there is a typographical error in the name of the counsel, who was appointed as an Arbitrator vide order dated 04.02.2020.

Having pursued the aforesaid order, it transpires that the name of Ms.Manisha Singh was inadvertently typed as Mr.Manohar Singh though the mobile number has been correctly reflected. 3.

The typing error is, accordingly, rectified and para 5 of the order be now read as under:- "5.

The petition is accordingly allowed. Ms.Manisha Singh, Advocate (Mob: 9811941496) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences which have arisen between the parties in reference to agreement dated 07.04.2014. It is made clear that it will be open for the respondents to take all permissible pleas before the learned Arbitrator including the plea that the petitioner's claim are barred under clause 43.2 of the GCC."
