The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 337/2022, under Sections 21/29 of the NDPS Act, registered at P.S. Special Cell. 2.

It is pointed out that the matter is fixed before the learned Trial Court for consideration on charge.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh application, if need so arise, before the learned Special Judge after the hearing on charge. 4.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
