According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner wishes to shift out his wards from respondent No.2 school i.e. Presidium School. It is the submission of the counsel that the petitioner would require the mark-sheet and the School learning certificates of his children. 2.

Counsel for respondent No.2 school says that he is carrying the pass certificate and the School Leaving Certificate concerning petitioner's son i.e. Deepak Upadhayay.

2.1 The same has accordingly, been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

Insofar as the petitioner's daughter i.e. Nisha Upadhayay is concerned, counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the pass certificate and the School Leaving Certificate will be handed over to the petitioner, once he approaches the school.

3.1 For this purpose, the petitioner will appear before the principal of respondent No.2 school on 27.2.2020 at 11.00 A.M. 4.

Respondent No.2 school will ensure that the School Leaving Certificates concerning the petitioner's children are uploaded on its webportal. 5.
