Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes have been settled in mediation. Both appeals have been settled by way of a common settlement agreement. The settlement agreement dated 21.10.2024 has also been placed on record.

There are three parties to these appeals being Mr. S.P. Gupta, his sister-in-law- Ms. Ruchi Agarwal and Mr. Nikesh Agarwal, who is the son of Ms. Ruchi Agarwal. Ms. Ruchi Agarwal has signed the settlement agreement on her behalf and as the constituted attorney of her son - Mr. RFA 861/2019 & RFA 865/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Nikesh Agarwal. Mr. S.P. Gupta has also signed the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement also bears the signatures of learned counsel for the parties and the mediator. A copy of the Special Power of Attorney executed by Mr. Nikesh Agarwal in favour of Ms. Ruchi Agarwal has been annexed to the agreement.

Learned counsel for the parties states that clauses 'E', 'F' and 'G' of the settlement agreement have been complied with and no further orders are required in these appeals.

Mr. Wasim Ashraf, learned counsel for the appellant, instructed by appellant, who is present in person, seeks permission to withdraw these appeals.

The appeals, alongwith pending applications, are therefore dismissed as withdrawn.
