Due to declaration of holiday on 25.11.2025 on account of 350th anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji's Martyrdom Day, the matter is taken up for hearing today.

The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 15.12.2022 vide which the petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance in the sum of Rs. 34,000/- per month to the respondents.

It is pointed out that the final order on maintenance has already been passed by the learned Trial Court. 4.

In view of the submission, the present petition challenging the interim maintenance has become infructuous. 5.

Even otherwise, the present petition is pending for almost two years and no steps have been taken by any of the parties to address arguments, therefore, the petition cannot be kept pending.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
