The present appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], is directed against an order passed by the learned Arbitrator on 29.06.2024, in respect of an application under Section 17 of the Act filed by the appellant-Government of NCT of Delhi, which is respondent No. 1 before the learned Arbitrator. 2.
After some hearing, in view of the fact that the learned Arbitrator has scheduled the next date of hearing for consideration of the Section 17 application on 13.07.2024, and upon instructions of Mr. Subash Chand, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Transport, GNCTD, who is present in Court, Mr. Udit Malik, learned Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 3.
