Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at, between the parties. The settlement agreement has been handed over during the course of the hearing. The same is taken on record. 2.

Respective counsel for the parties undertake, on instructions, that the parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement. The said undertaking is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
