Counsels for the petitioner and the complainant inform the Court that the settlement has been arrived at on 19th December, 2024 with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Amount of the final settlement is Rs.6,20,000/- which is to be paid in instalments. The first instalment of Rs.1,25,000/- has been paid to the complainant, who acknowledges the same. The balance amount is to be paid in instalments, as crystallised in the agreement. 3.

Subject to the said compliance being made by the petitioner and subject to him joining and cooperating in the investigation, as and when necessary, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail in FIR No.152/2024 dated 01st March, 2024 registered at PS Rajouri Garden under Sections 380/454/406 IPC.

Needless to state, the settlement binds the parties, and any infraction of the settlement agreement will give a right to the complainant and/or State to approach this Court for appropriate relief, including cancellation of anticipatory bail.

In light of the above, petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 6.

Petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
