Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.240/2015, dated 05.10.2015, registered at Police Station Chanakyapuri, Delhi, for offences under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC. 2.

Learned APP for the State has informed this Court that the trial is mid-way and more than half of the witnesses have been examined. 3.

When this Court suggested the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that it would be open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised by the Petitioner in the present Petition, at a later stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petition, at a relevant point of time. 4.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 5.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
