The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application. He submits that the applicant would be satisfied if the trial is expedited and liberty is granted to him to file a fresh bail application in case the trial is not completed within a reasonable period of time. 2.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of evidence.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application in case the trial is not concluded within a period of one year. 4.

In view of the above, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
