By way of present petition, the applicant/petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No. 0046/2023 registered under Sections 363/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act at Police Station Najafgarh, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the learned Trial Court or after the statement of the complainant is recorded. 5.
In view of the submissions made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
