By way of present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 227/2018 registered under Sections 325/354A/377/498-A/406/34 IPC at Police Station Vikas Puri on the premise that a Settlement/Panchayat has been arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 however has denied any settlement.

Admittedly, the settlement has not been signed by the respondent No.2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
