The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR No.143/2021 dated 03.04.2021, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy for the offences punishable under Sections 376 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act on the ground of medical emergency of the wife of the Petitioner.

Material on record indicates that the wife of the Petitioner has suffered a brain stroke and at present she is at home and there is no emergency.
