The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.374/2022 of PS Special Cell for offence under Section 22/29 NDPS Act on the allegations that 1,29,600 capsules of Tramadol and 1,20,000/- tablets of Alprazolam were recovered from him. The accused/applicant was specifically named in the secret information. 2.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after rectifying the error. It is made clear by learned counsel for accused/applicant that he is an associate of Mr. Akshay Bhandari, Advocate whose vakalatnama is on record. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
