Respondent No.1 is present through VC. She submits that she has been transferred and a new Sub-Registrar viz. Suman Lata has since been posted w.e.f. 24.06.2024.

Ms.Suman Lata, Sub-Registrar, Hauz Khas is present in Court. It is undertaken by Ms.Suman Lata that the three Sale Deeds of the petitioner, copies of which are annexed to the Contempt Petition, shall be registered in terms of the directions of this Court dated 18.09.2023 and 17.11.2021, within four weeks from today. 3.

In view of the statement made by the Sub-Registrar, who is present in the Court today and accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of with direction to the Sub-Registrar to comply with the orders of this Court within a month from today.
