Learned counsel appearing for the MCD while alluding to the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court, has pointed out that the petitioner has not filed the requisite affidavit. He has also alluded to the status report dated 11.11.2024 filed by the MCD and it is pointed out that the respondent No.4 i.e., the alleged occupier who has carried out the unauthorised construction, has been afforded a hearing. It is submitted that the property is protected in terms of National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Act.
