The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"It is therefore prayed that keeping in view of the above facts and circumstances of the present case this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Ld. Trial Court to consider the submissions put forward on behalf of petitioner against the charge in FIR No. 14112021 PS. Crime Branch, (NDOH fixed on 09-102023) and decide the same with reasoned speaking order in a time bound manner, in the interest of justice.

Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
