Learner counsel for the Appellant fairly does not dispute the fact that the issues raised in the present appeal are squarely cover by the decision of this Court in ITA No. 28/2017 dated 10.01.2017 in relation to the same assessee for the subsequent assessment years namely, 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11. The present appeal relates to assessment year 2007-08. Following the decision in ITA No. 28/2017, the present appeal is dismissed.
