The Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, has been filed by the two petitioner namely, Mohd. Javed, for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 103/2016 under Sections 323/384/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ghazipur.

The complaint has been filed by the respondent No. 2 lodged a complaint against the petitioner at Police Station Ghazipur on the basis of which FIR No.103/2016 was registered on 16.02.2016 under Section 323/384/506 IPC on the allegations of beatings, hurling abuses and threatening to kill, by the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their differences out of the Court without any force, coercion, pressure or undue influence from any side and they are left with no grudge The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The complainant/respondent No.2 is present in the Court and submits that they had some dispute of money in their business transactions because of which the FIR got registered. The matter has been amicable settled and there has been no other dispute between them since then. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties endorse and state that they shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement dated 07.08.2023.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 103/2016 registered at Police Station Ghazipur, for offences punishable under Sections 323/384/506 IPC with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
