This application has been filed seeking revival of the contempt petition considering the order passed by this Court on 22nd November 2024. 2.

Mr. Rajat Aneja, counsel for petitioner states that though the petitioner was upgraded to the post of Upper Division Clerk ('UDC') w.e.f. 2nd January 2001, the issue is of consequential benefits, which have yet not been granted, to which he is entitled.

The Judgment dated 22nd November 2024 noted that the respondent had filed a compliance affidavit and the response to the said affidavit be treated as a representation, which will be disposed of in accordance with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The said representation has been disposed of now by order dated 15th January 2025, rejecting the representation.

In view of the observations made by the Court in paragraph 10 of order dated 22nd November 2024, which is extracted as under, issue Notice to respondent:

"10. The petitioner, if still feels aggrieved by the outcome of the above said representation, shall be at liberty to revive the present petition".

Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of respondent. 7.

Response be filed within the next six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, will be filed thereafter.

Counsel for petitioner states that currently the petitioner is working as a Senior Judicial Assistant having been promoted w.e.f. 1st July 2016, though he seeks the benefit of that promotion w.e.f. 24th December 2013. 9.
