The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that during the pendency of the present Suit, the Plaintiff and the Defendants have mutually resolved their disputes and have executed Settlement Agreement dated 24.06.2025 ("Settlement Agreement"), which is placed on record. It is further submitted that the Suit may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the Plaintiff and the Defendants.

In view of the above, the Plaintiff and the Defendants are directed to be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 3.
Accordingly, the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly. 4.

Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

It is however, made clear that in case any dispute arises between the Parties and in the event, either Party approaches this Court for enforcement of the Settlement Agreement / Decree, the said Party or Parties will become liable to pay the entire Court Fees thereon.

Accordingly, the present Suit is disposed of. All pending Applications also stand disposed of.
