Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This public interest litigation petition seeks directions to be issued to the respondents for issuing certain guidelines evolving special syllabus for children suffering from Autism.

Designing of syllabus and having a special policy for strengthening education system for children suffering from Autism lies in the realm of policy decisions to be taken by appropriate government/authority and accordingly, we are of the opinion that instead of rushing to this Court petitioner ought to have approached the authorities concerned for redressal of the grievances outlined in this petition. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. namely the Government of India, Government of Delhi, Central Board of Secondary Education and all other Education Boards by way of making a detailed representation outlining the problems being faced by children suffering from Autism and also making suggestions after a detailed study by the petitioner himself. Once any such representation is made, the authorities concerned are expected to consider the same and take appropriate decision which may be permissible under law and also in the interest of education of children suffering from Autism.
