Having interacted with the petitioner, he assures the Court that he will not indulge in any frivolous Public Interest Litigation Petition and will rather do some social service to serve the poor and the needy. He also states that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the leave sought by the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition is granted.
