The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: "a. That this Hon'ble Court do declare that the Respondent No. 1 to 5 are guilty of Contempt of this Hon'ble Court for having disobeyed the said Order dated 25-03-2021 and commit Respondent No. 4 and 5 to civil prison for act of willful contempt committed by them; and b.
For interim and ad-interim reliefs in term of prayer (a) above; c.
For cost of this Petition;
Pass any other or further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
