It has been stated by counsel for petitioner that, pursuant to the warrants of possession of subject property and attachment of Judgment Debtor's movable assets were issued, the bailiff was appointed on 09th May 2022.

It has been alleged that in disobedience of order dated 29th April 2022, of the Saket Court, the execution proceedings had been obstructed by assaulting petitioner's representative as recorded in the bailiff's report. 3.

It is also stated by counsel for respondent that an FIR has been registered against respondents in this regard, and the chargesheet has been filed.
