This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.571/2016 registered at PS New Ashok Nagar, under Sections 376D/506/34 IPC. 2.

It is informed that while charges were framed against the petitioner Krishan Kumar, two other co-accused Vandana Dua and Deepak Dua were discharged, against which the complainant has preferred an SLP before the Supreme Court, which is still pending.

The SLP with relation to Vandana Dua has been dismissed by the Supreme Court, whereas the SLP in relation to Deepak Dua, is still pending. 4.
