% 14.05.2015 On the previous occasion we had directed the respondents to open the technical bids and to thereafter open the price bids and place the result of the price bids in a sealed cover before us. We are now informed that the technical bids were opened and only the petitioner was found to be technically qualified. The price bid of the petitioner has also been opened and has been placed in a sealed cover before us. The sealed cover has been opened and the price bid has been revealed to be Rs. 35,68,706/- per month. In view of the foregoing, the letter of acceptance would be issued to the petitioner within four weeks from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request that for the period commencing on 01.10.2014 till the letter of

acceptance is issued and the contract is signed, he would be claiming certain revisions. We are not getting into that matter at all. The petitioner may make a representation before the respondents who may consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
