% 30.09.2019 Extension of parole granted to the petitioner vide order of 11th September, 2019 is sought on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is a heart patient and is in critical condition and since brother of the petitioner is also behind bars in this FIR, therefore, there is no one to take care of her.

Upon hearing, the parole granted to petitioner is extended for a further period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order of 11th September, 2019. This petition and application stand accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
