Matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 2.
Settlement agreement, as recorded by Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre dated 23.05.2025, is also on record. 3.
Terms of settlement appear to be completely lawful and there is no embargo in accepting such terms.

Learned counsel for the parties also submit that present petition may be disposed of in terms of such settlement.

Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, submits that in terms of the aforesaid settlement, petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the present petition and he would have no objection if the respondent herein is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 68 lacs from the amount which is already deposited here.

had been deposited by the petitioner herein and such principal amount would have also earned some interest and as per settlement between the parties, petitioner has no objection if a sum of Rs. 68 lacs is withdrawn by the respondent herein and balance component, if any, is returned to the petitioner. 7.
It is also undertaken that if for any reason whatsoever, despite due accumulation of interest, the settlement figure of Rs. 68 lacs does not reach, the petitioner would make up the deficiency by making the payment of deficient amount, within two weeks.

Learned Registrar General is requested to direct release of the amount in aforesaid terms and in accordance with the settlement agreement dated 23.05.2025.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 10.
All the pending applications are also disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 11.
Next date i.e. 16.07.2025 stands cancelled.
