1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, vide settlement agreement dated 20.09.2024.

2. Both the parties undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents undertake to comply with all the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement within 30 days from today.

4. Hence, both the parties are held bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 20.09.2024.

5. In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that she wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
