The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "(i) set aside the impugned Award dated 05.04.2023 and order dated 15.07.2022 & 29.03.2023 passed by Ms. Navita Kumari Bagha, Presiding Officer, Labour Court- 07, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi in LIR NO. 2700/2017 -CNR NO. DLCT13-010754-2017-SH. KAMLESH BABU VS. MIS. MIS. INDIAN PEST CONTROL COMPANY, in the interest of justice;

(ii) Pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled vide agreement dated 02.09.2025. 4.

Respondent, who appears in-person, confirms the aforesaid fact. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 6.
