The instant petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "(A) It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble may be pleased to issue a Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS and/ or any other appropriate Writ/ Order/ Direction of like nature in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents directing to initiate action against the illegal and unauthorised construction carried out in the property bearing G-50/10, 40 Futa Road, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Phase-II, Okhla, New Delhi - 110025."

The petitioner, therefore, submits that the respondent-Corporation be directed to adhere to the stand taken in the status report. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition, at this stage, is disposed of. The respondent-Corporation is directed to take action strictly in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to re-agitate or to take further remedial measures in case she feels that the respondentCorporation is not responsive to her grievance. 5.
