Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not satisfied with the report of the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS), dated 21.8.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to move an application/representation, through the Jail Superintendent, before the Medical Superintendent, IHBAS for re-examination of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed. It is
