It is not disputed that the issue raised in this present petition has already been decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court wherein one of us (Suresh Kumar Kait, J.) was a member. The said petition was dismissed vide order dated 18.09.2008, which order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition being W.P.(C) 9219/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. SLP (C) No. 11805/2009 and the same disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2015 granting liberty to the petitioners herein to approach this Court by way of Review Petition. The said review petition was dismissed vide order dated 09.10.2015, which order was challenged and dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 22.02.2023. The petitioners herein also filed an application seeking clarification of the judgment and order dated 22.02.2023 and the same was dismissed vide order dated 01.03.2024.

Since the issue raised in the present petition is no longer res integra, in view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications stand dismissed.
